Ideally located only a few metres from the Gare de Lyon, our 35-square-metre conference room is fully functional and adjustable. Its complete, up-to-date equipment allows you to concentrate on your event without having to worry about logistics.
According to your needs, the room can be laid out as a classroom, as a theatre or in a "U", allowing you to carry out your meeting in the best possible conditions, depending on your audience. Ergonomic, adjustable furniture adds to the well-being of those present and emphasis was placed on respecting the confidentiality of your exchanges during the soundproofing of our room.
We can, upon request, provide you with cold and hot drinks for your coffee breaks, which are always well received by participants. We can also see to booking your lunch at a nearby restaurant, in accordance with your preset budget.

Small room bathroom, Floors and walls in poor condition as the elevator. Front desk Guy (Dario) and his help were excellent. Good location from Gare du Lyon Terminal. Breakfast was good.

Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Rooms were typical by Parisian standards. My only complaint was the room's bright orange color. Toning down the colors a bit would make the hotel more soothing after long days of sightseeing. Convenient location to Gare Lyon (about 10 minutes) for Metro and other travel arrangements.

Right outside our door was a vacuum cleaner that was there all night. Had there been an emergency exit, it might have caused problems for the people trying to get to the stairs. I would suggest that you make sure your house keeping keeps all hallway clear for emergency evacuation. Also, your free internet was difficult to use.

I rate the quality of your staff and service as excellent. I would have rated cleanliness as excellent also but there looked to be fresh soap residue as well as dingy looking marks on the toilet tank cover (Rm 105). Central location, friendly and competent staff, enjoyable stay, comfortable bed, large television and free Internet connectivity made it more than worth the internet booking price. My thanks for an enjoyable stay.
