The quilts and sheets are too hot, we cannot regulate the heating in the rooms.

Yes I would recommend your hotel but only to guests who do not require WiFi. Your WiFi did not work and apparently never does. Very inconvenient. Should not be difficult to fix!

We were very happy with our room and the exceptional service from the hosts. The hotel is conveniently located and the area very interesting. We thought the rooms were very good, the service exceptional and the price extremely good value. We will definitely stay again.

I was barely in the room apart from nighttime (I was given the family room as my room wasn't ready on time) which was great apart from the noise and rumble of the trains. I would recommend to some friends but not others! Very enjoyable stay regardless and a perfect location for the train to the airport...

I had read some reviews which made us fear that we had not made a good choice in terms of our booking. However, the reception staff were excellent, very helpful, would help us with our French or spaek English - whichever was our choice. Outstanding location for RER and Gare de Lyon. 5 minutes walk. Excellent range of restaurants nearby including our favourite, L'europeen.

The "hot" breakfast for 12EUR was advertised starting at 6am. The day I left I ate breakfast at the hotel before catching my train. There was no "hot" food and no protein available (that was the promised hot food). Instead, a lady came in and cooked at whatever time she felt like. That day, I gave up waiting at 7:45am because I needed to pack. Of course, the front desk charged me for my breakfast: hot tea, a pastry, a piece of cheese and a bowl of cereal (had to ask for milk). This was not what I was expecting from the advertisement and it was quite a rip-off. I should've just gone to a cafe down the street.
