"Your hotel was very nice and beautifully decorated. The room we were allocated was an upgrade very kindly given to us as it was for a special occassion and we truly appreciated it. It was a beautiful room with an extremely comfortable bed and the decor was lovely finishing it off fantastically with 2 little balconies. We only met your reception and night staff, however, they were very helpfull, pleasant and friendly people which is a great credit to your hotel. I would also like to say that as my French is very limited their English was wonderfull and perhaps put me to shame that I could not communicate with them at the same level in French. When we return to Paris one day I only hope that we are able to stay again at the hotel as it is perfect. Thanks very much."

"I should say that I (28 years old) was travelling together with my mother (70 years old) and we were very happy that the hotel was convenient and the location was very good - close to museums/sights/shops that we were interested in, and the stop of a city-tour-bus was also nearby. Staff was very friendly, helped a lot, answered our questions about the location of definite sights/shops/attractions. We read in the booklet in our room that we can ask for a complimentary (free) coffee or tee at any time, and when we asked for it at the reception, we were provided with a set of tee/coffee/sugar and a small electric kettle, which was very useful - we could drink tee/coffee in our room several times during our stay."

"We were thoroughly pleased with our stay at the Best Western. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us great directions when we asked. I loved the space we had in our room and the bathroom was an added bonus. The bath robes were a nice touch. We just loved the soaps and shampoo (where do you buy them?) I ever get the chance to return to Paris, I will plan to stay at this hotel. Pierre was very professional and an absolute delight. Thank-you very much for a lovely stay. "I don't know their names! The gentlemen at the front desk were terrific. The person on Sunday was extremely nice in helping us plan a trip to Chateau Versailles. The staff is also quite handsome.
The front desk staff was very helpful and polite and made the stay easy and very pleasant. The location of the hotel is quite good as well."

"After staying in 3 hotels in Switzerland on the way to Paris. It was pleasant to have a larger room. I opted for the Premium and I am glad I did. This hotel is in a wonderful location. The breakfast is very good and the lady in charge of breakfast was just absolutely wonderful!! Ou small balcony (Premium Room) overlooked a busy street and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting there watching exciting Paris go by. I would really consider this hotel again if we are ever blessed to return."

"Our ten-day stay at your hotel was very pleasant. Located one block from the Louvre and other popular tourist sites, coupled with close access to the metro, my wife and I were able to walk or take the metro to all the major tourist attractions. I would like to express my profound gratitude to the staff of the Best Western Premier Louvre Saint-Honore hotel for the exceptional customer service and warm hospitality extended to me during my stay last month (June 26-30, 2009). The hotel has an inviting decor, it is bright and clean, and its staff members are knowledgeable and helpful. I am especially grateful to the Housekeeping staff who located an important item I had left behind and to the Front Office Manager who promptly mailed it to me. I would not hesitate to recommend the Best Western Premier Louvre Saint-Honore to my family members, friends, and colleagues visiting Paris. It is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful, illustrious city!

"This hotel is in a wonderful location in Paris where you can easily walk to the Louvre, the Seine and many other popular tourist spots. The hotel has been recently renovated and we had a lovely room overlooking the streets of Paris. The people at the front desk were most helpful and made our stay there very pleasant. "Great hotel in a great location. Just a short stroll from the Louvre, and located near some great restaurants and pastry shops, it still managed to maintain a still and quiet on the inside.
Speaking only broken French, it was nice to be able to speak with the concierge (who were all freindly and helpful) without struggling.
I look foreword to a return trip in the future."

"Location was excellent-2 minutes from the Louvre, 5 minutes from Notre Dame, nice area with cafes all around. Staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Rooms were nice size and very clean. "We with the wife have chosen this hotel since we know quality of network Best Western. The hotel is perfectly located. The command of hotel is benevolent and Excellently qualified. Our problem with a transfer in the airport in day chek-out was overcome by two nice guys worked on May, 11th on accommodation. As to us rather benevolently helped concerning cultural leisure and informed as more conveniently to reach in areas of memorable places of Paris. Rather worthy hotel. It is convenient for tourists of all age and a newly-married couple.
