The refrigerator smelled really bad when we opened it. Smelled like something had died inside. We enjoyed our stay at your hotel and found it close to the places we wanted to see or close to the Metro which took us the places we wanted to see that were just a bit further. The room was cozy and clean. I am very fussy about showers and the one in room 44 was incredible.

We loved staying at the hotel. It's good value for money and very kind and helpful staff. They helped us to find Velib bysicle rental, recommended how to get Versailles, provided with maps and showed the way to the nearest L'Open bus stop. I liked breakfasts. They are good to fill you till lunch time and give you energy. One minus is that we had to recharge our e-keys to room everyday!! Charging was enough just for 1 day. My friend is going to Paris soon, so I highly recommended her to stay at your hotel. Thank you one again so much for comfort you provided for us. It was great honeymoon! Kelvin and Regina

The location of the hotel next to a red-light district is not ideal. However, being close to the metro is very good. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The only thing that really annoyed me (thus, my poor rating to "quality of welcome") is that I arrived on the day my stay was supposed to start only to find out that I couldn't have a room that day/night. I was put in another hotel several blocks away for that day/night and had to move back on the following day.

I searched for a hotel on the internet from Australia, when I found Hotel France Europe it looked perfect and after staying there, it turns out it was! Will definately book again next time I visit Paris! Gorgeous Hotel and excellent value for money. Very comfortable and accomodating. Easy walk to all the places I wanted to go to and the underground rail is right outside. Perfect.

We asked for non smoking room, but the room we sayed had a strong smell of the cigaretes smoke during all our stay, although we tried to ventilate the room all the day leaving the window opened.
