BEST WESTERN PREMIER Louvre Saint Honore 

Clemente was wonderful at checkin and helped welcome us to France. The experience was overall a very good one and we thank you for making it such.

we stayed 4 nights - one day we did not get new bath sheets perhaps because we hung them up? another day the dirty wine glasses were not taken away or replaced. A trip to the front desk where the gentleman apologized but even he was frustrated when from the bar he could only offer tall glasses for the wine. The women in the breakfast area were friendly but never asked if we wanted another cup of coffee so we were unsure if we should. The room overall was quiet and comfortable and the washroom with the walkin shower much appreciated over a high tub. The staff at the front door were helpful with their dining suggestions and arranging transportation. The hotel has an excellent location and an updated feel. The problems were minor so yes we would recommend it to friends.

1. Very very unreasonably high tariff for the room! 2. Not sufficient TV channels - no entertainment. 3. No change in daily breakfast menu. 4. Room wi-fi was good. 5. The only disappointment was the TV didn't work at all for the first three days of our four day stay so I couldn't treat myself to programs in french!

The Hotel Louvre Saint Honoré is an excellent choice for visitors who are interested in the many art museums, classic architecture, and historical sites in Paris. We spent many hours reviewing web sites, tourist guide books, and other sources of information and feel very fortunate to have discovered this exceptional hotel. The lady who checked us in was really helpful in providing key tourist information. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet. very clean, and modern. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely return to this hotel. There are excellent restaurants and shops located nearby.

i ordered a club sandwich for dinner and it took 1 hour and 10 minutes! really not good. The sandwich was cold and really small for the price. Not happy about the service room. Other than that very good. The staff in the reception very friendly and helpful. Thanks

we had a great stay. clean and comfortable room. nice staff. would stay there again. Easy access to trains and attractions.

I encountered the following problems , although I was told they were going to be addressed , they were not. Only pn the first day the hot water from the shower did show up. The pay TV system was not hooked up. Guy Cnop

Lovely hotel in a great location, room was upgraded and very clean with modern bathroom. Breakfast could have had more selection and was a bit pricey for what you got. Minibar well stocked and a little over what you'd like to have paid but convenience prevails! Friendly helpful staff, would certainly consider staying there again. Got a better deal on hotels website than on other sites claiming deals!!!! Saved over 150 euros than using hotels.com!!!!!

Clean, comfortable with wifi and modern comforts. Recommend for people looking to be in the heart of Paris.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. As we stayed 9 nights we took the suite, knowing Parisien rooms tend to be smaller than N American ones. That way we could relax or eat in our room without being cramped. Breakfast was good if a bit expensive. The elevator was an experience and good for a laugh but more than adequate. We would definitely stay here again as we could walk or take the Batobus to most of the tourist spots.

Wi-fi service was interrupted for a while and no response from front desk was provided. Dinner menu was very limited, with many dishes not available Personnel was friendly. Better assistance with taxi service needs, We requested a taxi to be paid with credit card and had to pay in cash Front desk did not response at nights two times.

when you get out from the room you are totally in the dark for few seconds. The price of Petit Dejeuner is peculiar

The Hotel Louvre Saint-Honore is the perfect location to stay in Paris as its central location literally puts you within steps of the city's best sites. The only concern is that the hotel advertises a "free wireless card" - I guess the card truly is free but wireless is not free. Aside from that minor inconvenience, the stay was truly great!

Tea and coffee making facility in the bedroom would have been much appreciated, also a double bed instead of two singles. Everything else was very good the location of the hotel is most convenient for all the major sites of interest and the river seine but remains in a relatively quiet area

clean comfortable good value for size of family room and facilities and remarkably quiet for such a central and convenient location with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff

i was located on the 6th floor and the elevator didn't work. this was unacceptable. i would only recommend it if they can confirm that the elevator works or i would advise them to request a room on the ground or 1st floor.
