The wifi did not work reliably, especially at the desk inside the room. With the inner door open, it worked best just inside the door and somewhat on the bed. The TV was missing a remote. The reception graciously provided a remote, but it did not turn the TV on. The elevator was only broken once, which is good, since it's a long way up. The staff however is very nice.

There was one service i found higly unsatisfactory, that was the wireless internet service. Although it was free, it was almost useless. My computer lost connection very frequently, this made it virtually impossible to work using VPN connection to my home office

The lift did not work during my brief stay, so I had to struggle to the 8th floor - if I had stayed over breakfast I had probably suuggested that you should have compensated me with a free breakfast, or similar. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and service-minded, so no blame to him.

The hotel was excellent; charming and unique. It was extremely clean and comfortable and I would not hesitate in recommending it to others. My only disappointment was receiving the bill when it stated the full price of the room rather than the rate that was "agreed" on the Internet. This was an oversight that caused unecessary embarrassment, and I hope was a computer error.

To make the room better, the addition of a larger fridge that can go colder would be a benefit. On one occasion, the cleaning staff did not vacuum the room, replace towels or replace cups and glasses. Larger glasses in the room would also be a benefit.
