I would particularly like to commend your front or house staff and room service staff. In fact all staff I dealt with gave me the time and empathy when I required it. They were friendly and professional.

Location was great fro the Champs Elissee - only a few minutes in a taxi so would definitely stay again for work purposes or pleasure purposes - Not great for getting to Saint Denis or Charles De Gauille Airport with 3 changes on the Metro, but that is as much the city palnners fault and not the hotels fault! Nice restaurants nearby which were reasonable priced - staff were very helpful and friendly - would have been more economical if the other half had been with me as prices were per room I think!
